Communication/Media Management
Utilizing concepts of Emergency Management and Critical Incident Stress Management, participants will engage in interactive exercises dealing with the various phases of Disaster Management. This course is designed to improve interactions between employees, customers and the media after an incident has occurred. Participants will learn how to best manage the media and the role you will play in taking charge of a critical/traumatic incident at your workplace. The interactive exercises are designed to prepare you for dealing with the media while communicating your to your audience.

This course is designed to coach your spokesperson (liaison) through messaging and delivery to best represent your business/organization after a critical/traumatic incident. We will coach your spokesperson through messaging and delivery to to best position your business/organization to mass media. This training is focused on helping your spokesperson be more comfortable, confident and credible when dealing with the media.
Time: 6 Hours
