Security Assessments 

Site Assessment / Physical Site Security 
 A site assessment is the first step in developing an effective security program for your site.  During the assessment two key areas are considered:
  • What are the vulnerabilities of my site?
  • What are the strengths of my site?

In this training you will learn how to personally apply Assessment Protocols to your individual site to bette access the strenght and vulnerabilities of you site to lay  the foundation of your personal security program.  Participation in Mock Assessments will increase the impact of this training.  Areas of review will include:
  • Access Points
  • Theft and Robbery Assessment
  • Emergency Response Protocols
  • Risk Assessment
  • Existing Security Assessments
This training will provide you with the current best practices to provide psychical security at your site.  Physical security measures will be discussed and evaluated. This training does not install or sell any security equipment. 


Time: 3 Hours 

Creating Your Security Policy 
"What is your security Policy? Will you be prepared?"
In this session you will learn how to work through the stages of policy development, including:
  • Identifying Needs
  • Defining Responsibilities 
  • Defining Purpose
  • Follow Up Actions
  • Conflict Resolution 

Time: 2 Hours 
Prerequisite:  Site Assessment
