The focus on this course will be designing a proactive approach for your employees in the the prevention and aftermath of critical/traumatic incidents./ Resilience skills can also improve:
- performance under stress
- prevent common stress symptoms (anxiety, post-traumatic stress, depression, etc.)
- facilitate recovery from a traumatic injury
- and promote adaptation to the incident that occurred ultimately improving employee performance
Time: 2 Hours
Post Incident Stress Management
This course will present essential information for the assessment of both crisis situations and the effects of critical incidents on people involved in those situations. Lean to create an effective plan of action to assist those in crisis (customers and employees) and complete a series of exercises designed to sharpen assessment and crisis planning skills. Strategic planning and tactical decision-making are emphasized, as are rationales for choosing one set of crisis intervention processes over another.
Time: 3 Hours

Post Incident Review Process
Commonly referred to as "Debrief" the Post Incident Review (PIR) is designed to facilitate lessons learned. In this experience you will actively participate in a Mock PIR. You will leave this session with the ability to:

This program is designed to assist in the development of your employee care policies/procedures and the appropriate stress management and critical incident interventions that you should implement, mechanisms to provide staff support, team development considerations, implementation crisis support, and personal coping techniques.
